Calendula. A humble flower, with many uses. Also known as the pot marigold, calendula is highly favored for its skin healing properties. Making a salve allows us to harness the calming and anti-inflammatory powers of this wonderful plant. Now that I’ve started on the path of making my own herbal remedies and natural healing products I really don’t see any reason to spend the money on buying these sorts of things. Time to start making them yourself!
