Cooking it in the slow cooker allows all of the fresh veggies to blend together and bring out the flavor. The veggies soften and create the best salsa EVER! I love that this recipe makes a lot of salsa and you are able to can it, or give it to your neighbors. If you’ve always wanted to make salsa but didn’t know where to start – start here. It’s not hard but it does take some time.

This recipe calls for; red tomatoes, large onions, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, jalapeno peppers, apple cider vinegar, cumin, sugar, cilantro and salt. This has so many delicious flavors and fresh ingredients (use up those garden tomatoes!).  It is so addicting you won’t be able to get enough!
