I love books, and still have loads kept in boxes from my childhood. I came across this article which shows what you could do to repurpose books instead of getting rid of them. Whether for sentimental reasons or because they’re just too cumbersome to carry. If your bookshelf is getting tight and you’re feeling crafty, why not re-purpose a favorite read into something that you’ll be able to use around the house?
While book donation is always an excellent option for letting those old books find a new home (there’s probably a local charity, library, shelter or school that could use them), Old books, especially children’s books with colorful covers, can make a great clock!
