My Nan makes THE BEST soup! Her veggie soup is to die for, it’s that good and very filling. I love slurping soup and dipping in some crusty bread – heaven! Potato soup is a full bodied, hearty soup that will definitely fill up even the hungriest of individuals. Bacon, sour cream and chicken stock just add to the mix to make it a beautiful entree.

You don’t really need any toppings as it’s good enough to stand alone. Besides, there are way too many topping options and everyone will probably use something different… you can do sour cream, cheese, green onion, parsley, bacon, smoked paprika, or nothing at all because IT’S ALREADY DELICIOUS.

I have always been a fan of quick meals that are ready to go. Slow cookers or crockpots are the best way to make sure you have prized food waiting when you walk in. See if this slow cooker recipe meets your collection.
