Here’s a fabulous fall infusion that’s ideal for twilight cocktail hours, and this lady has done it yet again! Over at lovelygreens.com Tanya has made a perfect Rum, which is infused with Autumn spices to give it that extra kick! 

If you’re a fan of rum or just the odd sip but are getting a tad tired of the same old, then add a little spice to your life by making your own flavored rum. Infusing plain old rum with warm herbs and spices will create a unique spirit that you can enjoy yourself – it will also be good enough to serve at your next party!

The shrub used in this recipe is an amber liqueur made of rum, sugar, citrus and spices.  It has the consistency of a very light syrup.
