All-Natural Fruit and Vegetable Pesticide Wash

If you already purchase organic produce, you probably won’t need this recipe! BUT if you buy your fruits and veggies from a super market, you could use a fruit/veggie spray. The spray/wash effectively takes off pesticides and the fertilizer residue, this makes the produce safer for consumption! While water and a scrubbing brush will do the job of removing surface dirt and maybe some bacteria, while the veggie/ fruit spray can provide some extra piece of mind by removing more than just the dirt! Pesticides are oil based and not water soluble (meaning water alone will not remove them – YUK!).
