If I’m being honest, I don’t always go for cream or milk mixed with my alcohol nut having said that, this is beautiful! This was the easiest liquor that I have made to date. I will no longer be purchasing the expensive bottle of Bailey’s, but instead making it as we need it. Check out the ingredients:

• Irish Whiskey (Any Irish Whiskey will do, I used Jameson’s)
• sweetened condensed milk
• heavy whipping cream
• Chocolate syrup ( Hershey’s, Torani, etc…)
• vanilla extract
• almond extract

Saint Patrick is the patron saint and national apostle of Ireland. St Patrick is credited with bringing christianity to Ireland. Saint Patrick’s Day has come to be associated with everything Irish: anything green and gold, shamrocks and luck. Most importantly, to those who celebrate its intended meaning, St. Patrick’s Day is a traditional day for spiritual renewal and offering prayers for missionaries worldwide.

Anyway, let’s make some Irish Cream!…. James over at evermine.com explains how much of everything you will need and how to do it! It’s actually very very simple! Click the link below to start making your own!
