Growing a Beanstalk

This is another childhood favorite of mine – and something that we have done before growing beans in jar it’s a fantastic opportunity for kids to observe the process of plant growth as the seed is visible at all times.
Supply List:
- cotton balls (paper towels also work well)
- bag of dried beans
- clear container
- water
With a little creative thinking, themed gardens help children learn while they are having fun. Here’s a cool garden project for the ‘kid’ in all of us – complete with Beans, Beanstalk and even a Giant (if you read the story!)….
