Caramel Apple Crisp Cheesecake

This decadent cheesecake features one of my favorite things on earth: two desserts in one! You’ve got a traditional graham cracker crust topped by creamy cheesecake with a lovely layer of apple slices and then sprinkled with a sweet crisp topping.
Do as the recipe author suggests and serve with a scoop of ice cream– vanilla is traditional but butter pecan is amazing paired with it– or a dollop of whipped cream. You can up the apple ante by also sipping a hot spiced apple cider. See the full recipe and directions below – enjoy!
