Breakfast Lasagna is an awesome morning dish to start the day. You are best to make it the night before and enjoy reheating next morning. It is brimming with potatoes, sausage, ham, eggs and a french toast base. It is so good and filling, perfect to start the day. Breakfast is meant to be a heavy and full of all the nutrients. Fast food or quick meals that are out there usually don’t cover everything. Good thing there are recipes like this one for us to enjoy.

This lasagna is not recommended if you’ve got somewhere to be or something to do, unless that something is “eating more breakfast lasagna.” I may try different variations of this recipe in the future (fresh herbs, goat cheese, mushrooms, onions, spinach – the sky’s the limit really!) Check out the recipe here.
