Breakfast or desert, is doesn’t matter because it fits the bill whichever you choose! Sometimes I’ll make pancakes or muffins, but when I’m feeling even more in a pinch, I’ll make cornbread. It has just a few ingredients and bakes up in a pan so there’s no scooping or flipping. This recipe calls for: cornmeal, all-purpose flour, white sugar, baking powder, salt, blueberries, eggs, buttermilk, vegetable oil and sour cream.
