Phenomenal Homemade Cookies and Cream Bark

Chocolate bark is officially the easiest cooking project on the planet. There’s no mess, there’s no oven or stove time, it’s quick, and absolutely delicious. These would make an awesome gift too! Oreos are a favorite in my home. I have to admit I’m not necessarily as big of a fan as my husband when it comes to eating them straight out of the bag. But when it comes to Oreos in baked goods, oh man they are gooooood! There are many different flavors of cream-filled sandwich cookies available, so feel free to experiment with different flavors of cookies in this bark. This is a two ingredient recipe….
What You Will Need
- 12 oz white candy coating or white chocolate chips
- about 15 Oreo cookies, chopped into small pieces (I cut each cookie into 4-6 pieces)
