“My Instant Pot continues to amaze me. I can’t believe how quick it makes dishes that used to take all day.

Take these Instant Pot Baby Back Ribs, for instance. If you make these the traditional way, you have to let them roast in a slow oven for at least four hours. With the Instant Pot, you can cut that cooking time down to just 35 minutes.

Of course, 35 minutes isn’t much time to really soak up all the flavors of the seasoning. But you can get around this by seasoning the ribs ahead of time and letting them sit for several hours. So you still have to start them well ahead of time, but you don’t need to babysit them. Just season them in the morning, and at dinnertime, take them out and pop them in the pot.” familyfreshmeals

Not only are they delicious, they’re so easy to make and are so fast to make compared to my usual ribs! We sauce these up with our favorite BBQ sauce or even just salt & pepper them for a dry rib that is out of this world! Check out this recipe and let us know in the facebook comments what you think! You are welcome by the way….!
