This hummus makes a great appetizer which captures the spirit of autumn! The pumpkin adds a nice complexity to this hummus and it literally only takes only a couple minutes to make! Making your own hummus is easy (not for me I’ve never succeeded in making a good hummus before) I find hummus recipes are simple at first glance, but it’s getting the balance of ingredients just right that is harder than you think.
