Yay!  It’s that time of year again! The perfect time for baking delicious pies! But, what is one to do if they don’t eat gluten, wheat or dairy? Well, look no further, friends! This has to be one of the best pie crust mixes to make! So simple and what an awesome gift to give to someone! INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup white rice flour
  • 1 cup tapioca flour
  • ½ cup garbanzo bean flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 window small tin-tie bag in kraft or other container larger than 1.5 cups
  • 1 small, seal-able plastic bag (sometimes called a pill bag) with over 2 tablespoons capacity
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax seed
