The name says it all. If you like pecan pie, cheesecake, and fudge, you are going to love these little treats. This method is heat less, you don’t need an oven or a stove to make this fudge which is perfect for the holiday season. This fudge version is also easier to make than the pie version and just as tasty as the pie version too. 

For the Crust and Filling: saltine crackers, butter, light brown sugar and condensed milk. For the Cheesecake Fudge: white chocolate chips, butter, salt, condensed milk, marshmallow cream and instant cheesecake pudding mix.
