This is a really exciting experiment that you can try and home with your kids. You may want to wait for a sunny day as this experiment needs to be carried out outside as you will get wet! This activity is lots of fun for all of the family!
What you need:
- Plastic Zip Lock Bags
- Sharp Pencils
- Water
The idea that we’re testing here is what will happen if we poke a sharp pencil through a plastic bag of water. Will the water leak through the holes? Will the water spill out? Or will the bag reseal around the pencils, keeping the water inside?
