Growing your own food is super popular these days. A raised garden bed really is the only option if you live in the city and have a small backyard space. I like the design of the bed created by My Daily Randomness and I am excited to feature it today. The great thing about this raised bed design is you have access to both sides of the garden bed making gardening easier. If you are disabled or in a wheelchair you could make these beds work for you too, that’s why I like this so much.

Raised garden beds are fantastic, they make growing veggies simple and manageable. You get protection from the bunnies and they make any garden look amazing. If I were to make this garden bed I would use heat treated (HT) pallets so I didn’t have to pay for lumber. You can normally pick up free pallets from most supermarkets or best of all on Craigslist. I think I have about 30 in my backyard waiting to be broken down.
