Fig Filling:
• dried figs, chopped
• raisins
• toasted pecans or walnuts, chopped
• Grated zest of an orange
• brown sugar
• cocoa powder
• nutmeg
• ground coriander
• ground cloves
• honey
• salt
Sugar Dough:
• flour
• brown sugar
• salt
• baking powder
• butter, cut up into chunks
• egg
• vanilla
Egg glaze:
• egg, beaten until frothy
