Grandma’s Irish Soda Bread
Ok, so this is more of a Saint Patrick’s Day recipe BUT I believe you can have this all year round! This recipe is pure perfection. We really do need to make it more often! This recipe calls for; Buttermilk, Eggland’s Best egg, All-Purpose Flour, Granulated Sugar, Baking Soda, Salt, Unsalted Butter and Raisins. It doesn’t keep well and it isn’t a great sandwich bread, but it’s perfect alongside a hearty soup or stew, or just eating with a pat of butter and dollop of jam.
