Did you know you can freeze your eggs? Yes you can! And they taste pretty much the same after they have thawed too! You can fry them, bake with them or add them to casseroles or other recipes even after they have been frozen and thawed. Freezing your eggs can come in handy if you raise your own chickens or if your grocery store is having a great sale! 

It’s best to freeze eggs in small quantities so you can thaw only what you need. An easy way to do this is to put them in an ice cube tray. Once frozen, transfer them to a freezer container and label. As with any frozen food, it is best to thaw eggs in the refrigerator and use them as soon as they are thawed.
