Autumn has always been my favorite season of the year, so I welcome the fall season with open arms! This is a recipe from Sue (The View from Great Island) This jam definitely tastes like apples, it’s chunky but light and is flavored with cardamom. The jam is a beautiful golden color, but don’t worry Sue promises this recipe does not taste like apple sauce! 

I love that it’s a small batch jam, which means for me it’s enough jam for a month and won’t require canning equipment and a canning bath. It’s a simple, delicious recipe that anyone can follow! You see, the French have a more easygoing attitude toward jam making than Americans do.
