Cheesecake Filled Chocolate Easter Eggs

Easter is not far away and these delicious chocolate eggs are such an easy, cute, yummy, no-bake treat to make. They are filled with cheesecake, with passion-fruit and apricot sauce for the “yolk”. Genius! Wish I was that smart to come up with a dessert like this one!
What You Will Need:
- hollow chocolate Easter egg shells
- cream cheese
- icing sugar
- lemon juice
- pure vanilla extract
- thickened/heavy whipping cream
For the ‘yolk’:
- passion-fruit
- apricot jam
- unsalted butter
