Cast Iron Skillet Easter Cookie

This is very easy to make so don’t worry about pulling off a difficult dessert. You’ll wow the family with this one and they will definitely be asking for more!
What You Will Need:
- brown sugar
- butter
- egg
- Vanilla
- flour
- baking powder
- salt
- Easter M&M’s (There are a couple of different kinds of these. I used the regular milk chocolate ones, but there are also almond, peanut butter, and mini versions available. Use whichever you like!)
Don’t spread the dough all the way to the edges of the pan, because as the cookie bakes it will expand and curve up the edges more if you press it all the way to the edge of the pan.
